Main problem:
Some of the netizens misued the STOMP platform
by posting photos or videos that invaded into others’ privacy and even to the
extent of posting fabricated photos to create juicy gossips so as to get the
$50 award given out by STOMP for contributors.

extreme, there are still positive inputs on STOMP

more work from SPH, but definitely prevent
users from abusing STOMP platfom.
