summary draft 1

In the article, “Where ISN’T social media ubiquitous?”, Levi (2012) mentioned that aside from limited internet access, another reason why social media is not widely used is that the users’ native language is not supported by the more established network. However, users can still access the network via their second language is that language is supported.

Even so, there are places where the language is intentionally omitted due to political disputes and tensions.

  1. It is a well done summary, however there are some areas of improvement:

    1. it might be better to give a brief summary of the article in the first sentence to prepare the reader for the points mentioned later on

    2. 'native language' can be paraphrased

    3. possible typo error? "users can still access the network via their second language is that language is supported." is/as?

Overall, good organization and is easy for the reader to understand the main points of the article.
